Don’t know how or when I’d ever get my ass there, but it also home to these three Tercels:
CANDIDATE #1:
Crudely cut fenders, interior showing lots of wear, 220k miles; conversely, it looks badass, looks like it was cared for, and appears to be otherwise straight.
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
CANDIDATE #2:
Paint a little rough, visible rust repair by hatch (so who knows what other rust there may be), large dent on driver’s side doors. Conversely, sub-200k miles, stock, and excellent interior.
CANDIDATE #3:
By far the best looking, good mods. However, only three photos and none of the interior.

Bend was about 100 miles north of my old university. They have a really good Thai restaurant. Forgot what it was called though...

If you’ve already experienced the wagon, why not experience something else?

That’s not one of the three candidates

Number 3 definitely looks the best. Press for more pics/info.

Sawzalled sheet metal rules out #1. Unless it’s unbelievably solid elsewhere and cheap.
Visible rust repairs kill #2. If there’s rust on the hatch there’s rust elsewhere.
#3 is a great shade of Green. I love it! I would buy it. Which rules it out. There’s some hidden nightmare somewhere there.

Monty, I’ll take door number 3! Or is Carol Merrill bringing a box down the aisle?

3 looks great, I’d say to get the best one if you’re going to buy one. That said, #1 is my favorite and would be how I’d want mine to end up.

Get a friend and hop in the longbed. This is a doable day trip.

A friend. A human friend (doggo can’t drive).
